Prior to the experience I am about to mention, I only ever knew of People Telecom as a broadband provider, seeing them in the whirlpool broadband forums. However, thanks to an annoying lot of calls from them recently, I know now they sell telephony services, and are spammers.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have received calls from a person representing People Telecom, trying to sell a new Nokia phone with a plan on the Vodafone network. Since we are happy with the phones and the plans we are on, of course we said no, and hung up. However, they proceeded to call us back again another 3 times, making it 4 times in total that they called us, dispite the fact we said no on all occasions.

If I ever thought of recommending People Telecom for anything, that is no longer the case. People Telecom are spammers, and do not deserve anybody's business, not least of all mine or my family's.

If the call back again, I think I will have to try and take some action to stop their rediculous behavior. Heres hoping I won't have to however, since I threatened that I would take more action when I answered the most recent call.

So if you value a service provider who doesn't try and marke their product via several spam calls despite the person being called saying no, then stay away from People Telecom!
